Place God above all distractions

Good morning Beautiful! If you’ve ever been in a place where you needed to hear God’s voice, this morning’s devotion is for you. God has been speaking to you, Beautiful, and it’s up to you to position yourself in a place where you can listen and hear Him. This means in a place away from all distractions! You have to place God above all distractions. To reach Him, you have to rise above it all as well. When you are with Him, in the midst, you will find clarity, you will hear and understand, you will see all your doubt and fear washed away.

Being in this place allows you to begin to know God’s heart. This knowing that He provides to you will also serve as the litmus test for all you do. As a result, you have to think about that decision (no matter how big or small). Does it honor God? Does it reflect His values (the fruit of the spirit)? Are the things you’re doing show the world God’s love? Make it about Him, not about you, and you’ll ensure your success.

The abundant sacrifice that Jesus speaks of in John 10:19 showcases His love for the world, as in His love is all abundant life. Therefore, if you want abundance in your life, you have to position yourself in His presence.

Listen – life is only a moment, a snap, a quickness in the sphere of time. Even with this being true, God has a unique and divine purpose for it. There is a way that God wants to use you, and it’s not for difficulty, but for good.

Use your life for God. Commit your way to God. And find a way to listen, as God speaks through the noise.

Foundational Scripture for Today: “For God speaks again and again, though people do not recognize it.” Job 33:14
