It Will Remain

Good morning Beautiful! When God gives you something to last forever, it will remain.  Do you find that you’re still caught up over the people who left you?  Maybe you thought that you would have that best friend in your life forever.  Or you thought that relationship would last.  But, for a very specific reason, those people did not continue to this point in your life with you. When you think about those things and people who left you, allow gratefulness to take the place of any negative emotions. They served their purpose for the season they were with you, and they were in your life for a reason.  There’s always a lesson, a moment or an experience we can take from every person who has been in our lives.

So now, let it go…embrace the beauty of new beginnings! There’s so much in front of you, forget what is behind you. There are beautiful, wonderful things for you to do and enjoy!  Have faith.  God will bring people and experiences in your life as He sees fit, and some of them will remain.  You can trust that if God has given it to you to last a lifetime, that it will remain.  It will be permanent and you will have peace about it.  If you’re in an experience or relationship that you’re not sure came from God, the best course of action is to pray about it and receive direction from God on it.  If God leads you to let it go, be obedient.  However, if He leads you to stay, then you should remain with it.

Celebrate the ones that stay, the ones that remain, as they are the closest reflection of God’s amazing love for you. He promises that He won’t ever leave you or forsake you, but that He will be with you…forever.
