Develop your vision

Good morning Beautiful! Reflecting on the past and how God came through for you in unexpected ways reassures you that if He did it before, He can do it again!  However, it’s up to you to take His word and promises and develop your vision for your future.

Over the last few months, we’ve discussed creation and manifestation, and our right to have and live the life God promised…a life of peace in the midst of trials, a life of trust in the midst of controversy, a life of provision in the midst of lack.  Beautiful, we CAN experience an absolutely beautiful and amazing life despite challenges. Remember to:

1.  Base your vision on God’s Word.  This is critical, because asking for something that is not in God’s word or will for you will not manifest.  To know God’s will, you need to meditate, which is the process of LISTENING to God speak to your spirit.  If you take a moment and sit still after you pray, and ask God to speak to your heart, you’ll get a word – either through a song, a thought (thoughts from God ALWAYS echo the Bible), or a scripture.

2.  Write it down.  I can’t stress this point enough!  Whether you make a vision board, write yourself a letter, or list the goals, you must write your vision.  The Word even says in Habakkuk 2:2 for us to write our visions down.  So, invest some time in yourself and write your vision, again, basing it on God’s Word.  I can personally testify that 2 days after I clearly wrote my vision for my future husband, I met him, and we are now engaged!  Although this seems fast, I have been writing visions and developing a strong prayer and meditation practice for almost 4 years.  It takes time.

3.  Review it.  Invest time in reviewing your vision.  Keep it in front of you daily, and stay encouraged!  You WILL see your vision come true!

Foundational Scripture for Today:  “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalms 37:4
